Welcome to Adventuresand Play and Learning Centre. We provide a unique augmented reality play and learning experience for children aged 2 to 12. By entering our facility, you agree to comply with the below Terms and Conditions.
General Terms and Conditions
Entry Requirements
Age Restrictions
The centre is designed for children aged 2 to 12 years.
All children must be always accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult (18+ years old).
Health and Safety
Children and adults must be in good health to participate in activities.
If a child has a contagious illness, injury, or medical condition that could pose a risk to others, they may be denied entry.
Parents/guardians must inform staff of any allergies or medical conditions.
Dress Code
Comfortable clothing is recommended.
Socks must always be worn in designated play areas for hygiene purposes.
Supervision and Conduct
Parental/Guardian Responsibility
Parents/guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children.
Staff members are not responsible for directly supervising children.
Behaviour Expectations
Children and adults must behave respectfully towards others.
Rough play, bullying, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
The centre reserves the right to ask anyone behaving inappropriately to leave without a refund.
Food and Drink
Food and drinks are only allowed in the designated kitchen area.
No outside food or beverages are permitted unless for medical or dietary reasons or BYOP Functions.
Use of Augmented Reality and Play Equipment
Proper Use of Equipment
All equipment and technology must be used safely and as intended.
Any damage caused by misuse may result in a charge for repairs.
Augmented Reality Experience
Augmented reality experiences may not be suitable for children with photosensitivity, epilepsy, or motion sickness.
Parents/guardians should monitor their child’s reaction to AR experiences and discontinue use if needed.
Liability and Disclaimer
Assumption of Risk
While we take every precaution to ensure safety, parents/guardians acknowledge that participation in activities involves some risk.
The centre is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or lost belongings.
Indemnification
Parents/guardians agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adventuresand Play and Learning Centre from any claims related to injury, loss, or damage.
Insurances
Adventuresand Play and Learn Centre holds public liability insurance.
Schools must ensure their own excursion insurance covers the visit.
Adventuresand is not liable for loss or damage to personal property.
Bookings, Payments, and Refunds
Booking Policy
Advanced bookings are recommended. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
Payment must be made in full before entry.
Selection of a child will automatically engage payment of an adult to align with our insurance policy.
Children under 2 are free to enter the centre.
Photography and Media
The centre may take photos and videos for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish for your child to be included, please inform staff upon arrival.
We will seek permission before any photography or media is taken.

Birthday Party Terms and Conditions
Host
Staff will help assist, however the responsibility to facilitate and manage the party is on the booking organiser. Staffs number one priority is the safety of children when playing in the centre.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the booking will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 48hours or no-shows will forfeit all fees as a result of loss in revenue for the centre.
Changes to booking numbers of dates are subject to availability and must be communicated in writing within the 14 days of the booking date.
Refunds and Cancellations
No refunds will be issued for change of mind.
Contact the centre for any rescheduling requirements. They must remain in line with our cancellation and change conditions.
All other general terms and conditions applicable to this service must also be adhered too.
School Excursion Terms and Conditions
Facilitation
Excursions will be facilitated by Adventuresand Staff on a lesson topic of the schools volition and in consultation with Adventuresand.
Supervision & Behaviour
Schools are responsible for providing appropriate supervision ratio’s (we recommend 1 adult:10 students)

A risk assessment document is available upon request along with our management plan.
Schools must conduct their own risk assessment prior to attendance.
